Michael and his team delivered above and beyond expectation.
With numerous challenges arising, Michael was able to offer multiple solutions to choose from, so we could really get the ideal outcome.
We were referred to Progressive by a friend and wouldn't hesitate in recommending to any of our friends looking for a builder.
Novam Design Studio has worked with Progressive Building Pty Ltd on few projects and were impress with Michael and his team's level of work, attention to details and great communication between the owners and all other consultants on the job which define the successful outcome to all.
Our studio is looking forward working with Michael and his team in the future and will recommend his service to our clients.
Michael and his team recently completed a major renovation for us. It was clear from the start that their quality and attention to detail was next level. It was great working with Michael and Jared throughout the building process. They were easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to any questions that came up. The communication throughout the entirety of the build was excellent
I would have not hesitations in recommending Progressive Building for any renovation.
Michael and team have wildly exceeded our high expectations in delivering a beautiful home on schedule. This is our second time working with him. In 2018 we were involved in a small KDR which he built in 14 weeks. This time it was a gut renovation of a two story 1960 house with extensive drainage issues.
Michael had lots of good ideas on how to improve the spaces and detailed knowledge of council requirements so we could avoid issues in advance.
Communication was proactive and we knew when everything was going to happen (we coordinated this project from overseas). His foreman Al is a very talented carpenter and people notice the carpentry details when they come over.
Michael’s team of fast, accurate tilers, professional stonemason, and a high quality joiner made the details in our home truly breathtaking.
