A preliminary estimate can be provided initially, free of charge.

Should you wish to proceed with a thorough cost analysis, the relevant parties will enter into a preliminary agreement with the associated fee.

 For us to produce the most accurate price, Progressive Building prefers that as many of the above documents be sourced where possible. If you can't obtain all the documentation before tender, then a 'ballpark' estimate will be provided. In this case, the price will be non-binding in any form and be subject to final documentation being provided to Progressive Building.


A thorough cost analysis will be delivered within two weeks (depending on the size and complexity of the project) after receiving payment and all the above documents. If not, the preliminary agreement fee will be happily refunded. Regardless, we will deduct the preliminary agreement fee from the contract price should you wish to proceed with Progressive Building. Should you not, this fee is non-refundable.
